Having a successful career is only part of her accomplishments in life, we would be remiss if we didn't mention her family always comes first and for that we applaud her. Attending every gymnastics meet and lacrosse games for her younger daughter Sammi, volleyball and lacrosse games for her oldest daughter Sydney as well as coaching the team, are all things she loves to do and she will tell you herself wouldn't trade for anything in the world.
You can catch her with her husband Mike, two daughters, and their dog Tug on the boat around Cape Cod whenever possible. Overall, Kim guarantees hardwork and endurance throughout her career, family, and personal life as she takes on a healthy and active lifestyle. She spreads her love for Cape Cod living and good times year round whether its her family, friends, or clients! It is clear she knows how to spread love! We are beyond thankful for you Kim.

We couldn't be more satisfied with Kim & ALANTE Real Estate! During Covid 19, a time of confusion and fear, the ALANTE team remained calm and organized. We panicked that everything would shut down in terms of listing & selling our home, but the team made sure we got to market a week earlier than planned. Kim managed a modified open house that provided safety for everyone concerned with potential buyers individually scheduled in 15 minute appointments and she provided proper protective gear. We had an offer the same day of the open house. Actually, we had four offers, but one particularcouple stood out for their obvious desire for our home. Prior to listing, Kim consulted on proper staging and purging which produced beautiful online photography. I especially loved their marketing brochures and really appreciated being able to write about our love for the Cape house and having my own words included.
