Summer is almost here and the warm weather has finally arrived! 

Before the true heat of summer arrives there are a few key things to tend to around the house to ensure your home is ready! 

Here is our checklist of things that will help you keep your home (inside & out) in tip-top shape this month:

✅  Maintain your Garage Door - check that it's properly balanced and the coils are lubricated!  Replace the batteries in the door opener.

✅  Repair & Paint Fences - Now that the weather is warm and the rain has subsided, it's a good time to focus on maintaining your fence.

✅  Clean Ceiling Fans - remove dust using a damp cloth before using them for the summer!

✅  Launder Comforters

✅  Clean Washer and Dryer

✅  Check Grout in Bathrooms, Kitchen, etc - Repair as Needed.

✅ Power-wash Windows & Siding

✅  Inspect & Clean Outdoor Lighting

✅  Check Basement/Crawl Spaces for Moisture Issues

✅  Maintain Yard Growth
