When I started in real estate, I was determined to be successful. From day 1, I realized there was so much more to selling homes than just finding the right property for a client. There was paperwork. Writing. Marketing. Prospecting. Business Planning. Personal Branding. 


I spent long hours at the office and out in the field. I worked overtime learning and vetting new technologies to determine which were the best in the business and right for my business.


I recall the moment when I realized that trying to master so many things, made it impossible to be a success at one of them. Something had to give, I knew exactly what to do. 


I invested in and built a support team of experts in their craft. We designed systems and processes to handle everything that interfered with my ability to elevate my sales performance. It worked. Well beyond my high bar of expectation.
