In the town of Plymouth, February has continued to be an active market. With good weather continuing through the month, sellers were still actively listing their homes. Spring market is projected to be busy with more and more homes coming to market.
In the town of Hingham, sales have picked up since January and more homes continue to enter the market. Average Days on Market have decreased showing that Buyers are not hesitating to purchase during the winter.
In the town of Scituate, the number of homes currently for sale has remained steady. The Average Days on Market has increased dramatically by over 50%.
In the town of Marshfield, sales have dramatically decrease since January from 26 homes sold to only 5 in the month of February. New inventory is still entering the market and the Average Days on Market is holding steady at 62 days month-over-month.
In the town of Kingston, the number of homes sold increased more than 50% from January to February. The Average Sale Price increased by $100,000 in February and current inventory has increased as well.
In the town of Duxbury, the Average Sale Price has also increased by over $200,000. Additionally, the number of homes for sale has increased within the last month.
In the town of Norwell, the Average Sale Price of homes remained the same. Homes were selling at a faster rate with less Average Days on Market.
In the town of Cohasset, the Average Days on Market has increased dramatically. Homes are still selling at a slow rate however the Average Sale Price has gone up over $100,000.
In the town of Hanover, the Average Days on Market have decreased from 64 to 25 and the Average Sale Price has decreased by nearly half.
In the town of Sandwich, inventory is still selling fairly quickly through the winter months. There is plenty of inventory available which is great news for serious buyers in the market right now.
In the town of Mashpee, there continues to be a good amount of available inventory for sale. The Average Sale Price has increased by $200,000 however homes are staying on the market a bit longer than they were in January.
In the town of Falmouth, homes continue to sell at a good pace which shows that the Falmouth market is continuing to hold strong.
