It might be the beautiful decor or the charming staff that gives SALT the inviting feel as you walk through their door.  Upon entering this fantastic new restaurant, on any given night, you’re greeted by local owner Dan Casinelli.  Located on Water St in Plymouth’s thriving Downtown, this restaurant is sure to be a hit with locals and those visiting the area!

Once seated, you’ll feel right at home and ready for an outstanding dining experience.  The decor is elegant and the lighting is just right.  Between the nailhead trimmed chairs and the large dining tables, the owners thought of every detail! 

Did we mention that the food here is to die for? To start, we suggest the Tuna Poke, King Crab or Pork & Leek Dumpling.  Each are fantastic and perfectly portioned.  For dinner you’ll have the choice of a variety of seafood dishes including Pan Seared Halibut, Miso Salmon and Baked Cod.  If you’re not a seafood lover - don't worry - there are multiple other options including Prime NY Strip Steak!  

We spoke with owner, Dan Casinelli and asked what it was that prompted him to open this new restaurant.  This is his second restaurant, his first being Leena’s Kitchen also located in Plymouth.  Dan’s response was exactly what his restaurant represents…

“We wanted to create a truly unique dining experience where our family invites you to become part of our family.  Chef designed the menu to do exactly that…eat as a family would, sharing dishes.  We really wanted to focus on the cuisine that didn’t exist in the area, super fresh ingredients, ingredients that we can source locally based off of the season but mainly QUALITY!”  - Casinelli
