This home provided us more than we could have ever hoped for and as bittersweet it is to be selling our beautifully upgraded place, we are ready for a new adventure!
We love the Marina Bay neighborhood and everything that comes with it. Being able on a Saturday morning to walk to the marina and have coffee and watch the boats head out for the day, is really a treat. Or if you are an early bird, the sunrises that rise over the bay are unbelievable, the most perfect way to start your morning! Being able on a winter night to walk to the marina and have a nightcap, is especially a treat. There are not many places like Marina Bay. It is a special area.
Not only are we on the waterfront, our neighborhood has a pool as well. There are many options to dip your toes in the water which is perfect for the summer weather we have here in New England.
One of the things we will miss about our home, is watching the big ships come into the Boston harbor. They are quite spectacular.
There is a shuttle bus that comes through the neighborhood every 15 minutes and takes you straight to the red line, all day. There is a ferry service out of the marina that goes directly to the Seaport and Rowes Wharf. Marina Bay is is truly a great location for commuting.
