We are happy to be a paperless company and with the use of our online document transaction software, none of the paperwork needs to exchange physical hands and can be safely stored and signed online for the convenience of our clients. We utilize Docusign so you can easily sign all contracts and documents from the comfort of your own home!

For each property we sell, we determine the profile of your potential buyer and run online campaigns that speak to them. We run campaigns that are put in front of prospective buyers multiple times and across many partner websites and search engines. We use the industry’s best systems to host a campaign strategy that include coming soon ads, targeted and segmented email blasts to our extensive database of qualified buyers, retargeting campaigns, just listed campaigns and virtual open house postings which are then posted on YouTube for buyers to watch anytime.


We design custom print marketing pieces for every property. Our Marketing department creates a clean, concise property brochure for all interested buyers to take with them after they have viewed your property.  This brochure is also available digitally.


We have put an extensive qualification process in place to eliminate those just in the browsing stages from the qualified buyers ready to purchase your house. Several steps need to be followed and completed by the buyer and buyers agent before we allow them into the property. Showing precautions are of the utmost importance.


Home inspectors are continuing to provide services via FaceTime or other video conferencing methods if you do not want to attend.  Home inspectors will send you the full inspection report via email so you don't have to attend in person. The report will include all the details of the inspection with photos and descriptions. Should you have any questions, our inspectors are just a phone call away.  


Your Attorney can sign your closing documents on your behalf via Power of Attorney, that way you don't have to leave your home.
