What is the 100% club you may be asking? Here at ALANTE, we are committed to helping our sales team reach a 6 figure income every year and their greatest potential. We do that by allowing our Realtors to keep 100% of their commissions once they reach their set goal. 🤩
Bridgit's passion and 16 years of experience in the field allows her to continue implementing the first class training and systems in place at ALANTE, and now that she has met her yearly goal she is able to receive 100% of her commissions for the rest of the year! Woohoo🥂
Bridgit enjoys so many aspects of Real Estate. From helping her Seller clients stage their homes to get ready for sale, to helping her Buyer clients search and find their dream homes she is always willing to go above and beyond for her clients. Negotiating the best deals for both Buyers and Sellers is one of Bridgit’s strong suits. She also is passionate about helping investor clients find great properties and looking for projects to flip. Building and land purchases are also fun with so many possibilities for clients that Bridgit loves to explore. The small boutique feel of the office and the systems and marketing that ALANTE offers is what drew her to the company.

Having a successful career is only part of her great accomplishments in life, we would be remiss if we didn't mention her work-life balance! This summer she introduced Hershey to her family an adorable pup all the way from Tennessee! (we are obsessed with all of our ALANTE fam pups🐶)
The South Shore holds a special place in her heart and has always been HOME, besides real estate she values just living and the beauty in everyday life raising her two boys in Norwell and enjoying family vacations. ❤️
