We asked Mike about some advice he has for other agents who are trying to meet sales goals, and he said:
"Set goals you honestly think you can accomplish and have someone to hold you accountable. It can be easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and lose sight of what you are working towards. One way to stay on track and make the most of your time is to set realistic goals. Having specific goals in mind allows you to be more intentional about your actions and makes it easier to identify what is most important. Additionally, by setting realistic goals you are more likely to persistence when faced with challenges. Rather than becoming discouraged, you will be motivated to keep moving forward towards your goal. Therefore, setting realistic goals is an effective way to manage your time and stay focused on what is most important to you."

Having a successful career is only part of his great accomplishments in life, outside of the office you can find Mike spending valuable time with his family. ALANTE originally drew him in because of the work-life balance approach we value here, allowing him to spend more time with his wife Rachel, children Sophia & Dylan, and black lab Luna. He loves Plymouth because of it offers the best of everything; nature, beaches, history and dining. Some of his favorite spots you may see him are Long Beach, Miles Standish State Forest and, of course, dining at our wonderful local downtown restaurants!
