Today we recognize and celebrate Jon as he has once again, hit a milestone in his 2019 Real Estate career - reaching the 100% Club!
What is the 100% Club?
ALANTE places high expectations on all of it's agents. Our agents place even higher expectations on themselves. The 100% Club recognizes and applauds those professionals that hit those goals and lead the industry in sales and production. They have earned the right to keep 100% of their commissions for the remainder of the year. Congratulations to you Jon, once again.

This is the word that comes to mind when we at ALANTE think of our teammate and friend, Jon Whiting. Jon embraces and thrives at providing the utmost diligence to all of his clients in so many ways. Whether his client is buying or selling, Jon searches and investigates the history and market valuation of the home, neighborhood and community second to none. His clients are constantly feeling at ease due to such diligence. As a practicing attorney concentrating in real estate, consumer protection and civil litigation, there is little Jon hasn't seen or prepared for. So, whether he's spending his time helping clients find the home of their dreams or working with homeowners to prepare their homes to excel in the open market, Jon is there to provide unrivaled service!
On a more personal note, Jon has had some remarkable and memorable experiences throughout 2019. You may not have known but Jon had been tirelessly searching for the perfect beach house. In late spring, he finally found it in Humarock! While Jon spent a large portion of the summer there kayaking and fishing, he also enjoyed summer concerts with his family and friends including meeting Dave Matthews! When not soaking up the sun or assisting his clients, Jon spent time traveling Europe, Canada and the Caribbean.
