    Kate and Jonathan had met Susana back in 2010 when they were looking to purchase a home.  Susana represented them with the purchase of 596 Raymond Rd and certainly left an impression.  4 years later and Susana opened her very own brokerage - ALANTE Real Estate and the Decoste's continued to stay in touch with her, sharing updates about their family and life in general.  Fast forward to 2020 and they were contemplating selling their home.  They were hoping to find a new home that had similar qualities as their current home but with more updates throughout!
