In the town of Hingham, there is plenty of inventory available. Days on market have dropped as the spring market is in full swing.
In the town of Scituate, homes are selling in just over a month which is good sign for those looking to place their homes on the market during a hot market season.
In the town of Marshfield, inventory has stayed on the market a bit long than other homes in the surrounding towns.
In the town of Kingston, there is a small amount of available inventory and homes are selling faster than February and March.
In the town of Duxbury, the Average Days on Market has dropped by nearly half which indicates a great market for the month of April moving into May.
In the town of Norwell, The Average Sale Price has increased while the Average Days on Market have decreased throughout the spring.
In the town of Cohasset, the Average Days on Market has gone down by more than 50%. Buyers are serious and ready to purchase.
In the town of Hanover, the Average Sale price has increased by over $180,000 from February to April.
In the town of Sandwich, the Average Days on Market has stayed relatively similar however the number of homes sold has gone up by 50%.
In the town of Mashpee, the Average Sale Price has increased and the number of homes sold from February to April have doubled.
In the town of Falmouth, homes continue to sell at a good pace which shows that the Falmouth market is continuing to hold strong with a decrease in the Average Days on Market.
