Plymouth is known for it's fantastic local restaurants but this newest edition brings a little bit more to the table!  Located right on Main St in Plymouth’s bustling Downtown, Su Casa has quickly become a major hot spot for delicious libations and creatively crafted food!

Step inside and you'll feel right at home hence the name; Su Casa 😉 There was no detail spared in the design of this new restaurant.  From the customized tile backsplash on the wall to the beautiful artwork there is so much take in!  

Upon entering, you'll immediately be greeted by any one of the welcoming staff members or even the owners!  Once you're seated, you'll be ready for an amazing new dining experience, especially if you've never had the opportunity to try true SoCal cuisine.  When presented with the menu, you're going to see so many amazing options that it'll be SO hard to choose!  We suggest the Duck Empanadas, Street Corn and Lobster Tostada to start.  If it's your first time here then you MUST try tacos which are perfectly sized to try more than just one kind!  Did we mention they're made with local masa?  If your appetite is larger, we suggest the Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Leg, the Baja Burger or the Oxtail Pozole with hand pulled noodles!   We can't forget about the delicious drink menu - Owner, Nick Crosby has crafted a fantastic list with so many unique drinks.  You can't go wrong with anything you order!

We spoke with owner, Erin Murphy to ask what inspired her and her fiancé Nick Crosby what it was that inspired them to open this Baja inspired restaurant.  

"Nick is originally from Plymouth and I'm from California... we spent the last 20 years or so living in a little beach town in Southern California.  We both knew that 'home' for us was going to be in Plymouth and when we finally moved back and got settled, we decided it was time for us to take the leap and bring a little bit of SoCal to our hometown!  We opted for a modern take on traditional Mexican cuisine while pairing local ingredients with authentic techniques.  We couldn't be happier with the outcome!"

"Went for the first time last night and was not disappointed! A great upscale atmosphere with tasty drinks and delicious food. We got the Octopus tacos to start and then couldn't help ourselves and ordered the Tempura Avocado tacos as well. Both were out of the park!"

"The menu here is incredible. The food is so vibrant and each bite better than the last. I love that that have many small plate options to share because I enjoy sharing and trying out different things so this style of dining is what I prefer. They also offer large plates and will definitely be trying the burger. The duck empanadas were so good that we ordered another plate after finishing our first. Being a bartender I tend to be particular about the drinks a place serves and Su Casa blew my expectations away. I can’t wait try them all because the two I tried (Nu-Tang Clan, and All Ryes On Me) we’re amazing. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate and will definitely be my go to spot this winter."
