Julia Hannon now enters her second year with ALANTE's 100% club and we couldn't be more proud of her for this milestone!
What is the 100% club you may be asking? Here at ALANTE, we are committed to helping our sales team reach a 6 figure income every year and their greatest potential. We do that by allowing our Realtors to keep 100% of their commissions once they reach a certain goal.
Julia's infectious drive allows her to continue implementing the first class training and systems in place at ALANTE, and now that she has met her yearly goal she is able to receive 100% of her commissions for the rest of the year! Woohoo🥂
Julia has always had a passion for houses, architecture and people. Upon getting her Real Estate license she has been able to help many families find their dream homes. With her vast local knowledge of the South Shore along with Cape Cod and its many villages; she is able to help navigate buyers to find the right fit that meets all their wants and needs.
We asked Julia about some advice she has for other agents who are trying to meet sales goals, and she said:
"Hitting the ground running is a tactic I have used to help me in meeting this accomplishment. Using the tools in place here at ALANTE, especially BaseCamp to keep me on track and organized when managing multiple transactions. Hitting my cap early on in the year allows me to set goals, reach them and then to have more of a work-life balance from there."
In the past year we wanted to highlight Julias highest sale in her career of a 2 million Falmouth harbor home 👏
Having a successful career is only part of her great accomplishments in life, we would be remiss if we didn't mention her work-life balance! Recently engaged to her new fiancé Steven💍, in the Summer you can find them and their "little boy" Max🐾 spending quality time on their boat in Kennebunkport, Maine. When not selling real estate you can often find Julia biking, running or walking along the Shining Sea Bike Path in Falmouth, boating to and from the islands and paddle boarding into the sunset!
Overall, Julia's passion and bubbly personality guarantees hard-work and ease throughout her career, family, and personal life.
