Birthdays & Team Meetings! 🎂

   We got to celebrate our June birthday's Erin & Ryan! At ALANTE, we love ANY excuse to celebrate our team! Birtjdays are our favorite. We also had our monthly meeting where we get to collaborate and re-group as a team. 

This month we touched on our organizational project software Basecamp, discussed our July client events, as well as rewarded our team for being exceptional on social media! This month's winners were Jen & Kim. We can't wait to see who takes the cake as next months ambassador! 

8th Year in A ROW, Kim meets her 2022 CAP!

Kim Hanlon now enters the 8th consecutive year with ALANTE's 100% club and we couldn't be more proud of her for this incredible accomplishment! 👏

 Kims hard work and persistence allows her to continue implementing the first class training and systems in place at   ALANTE, and now that she has met her yearly goal she is able to receive 100% of her commissions!  It is truly a WIN WIN!

We celebrated team day!🏌🏼‍♂️

Once a month we celebrate our hard work and collaboration by doing a team day. Team day for us is all about celebrating the small wins, to the big, and all the teams efforts along the way into making this team as successful as possible. 

 This month for team day, we took our efforts to the golf course. Some came to play, but we all came for the fun. We went to Squirrel Run in Plymouth. We filmed a reel of our day highlights for your entertainment. 😉

Multi-million dollar sales, meeting her 2022 goals, and oh she said YES💍  

 Julia's infectious drive allows her to continue implementing the first class training and systems in place at ALANTE, and now that she has met her yearly goal she is able to receive 100% of her commissions for the rest of the year! What a YEAR🥂
