We asked Kim some advice she has for other agents who are trying to meet sales goals, and she said:
"It is simple, embrace the first class training tools and resources that have been provided by ALANTE. Don't fight it or try to change it. If it takes getting uncomfortable, then so be it. You must put in the work and effort daily to follow the plan - staying focused and disciplined is when the results start to happen!"
Having a successful career is only part of her great accomplishments in life, we would be remiss if we didn't mention her family! During the summer Kim, her husband Mike, and their two daughters can be found spending quality time on their boat on the Bayside of Cape Cod. Summer on Cape is one of the best perks of living there, between the family gatherings, sunsets, and the beach days! She also jokes about her part time job as a personal taxi driver for her kids. 🚕😉
Overall, Kim guarantees hard-work and endurance throughout her career, family, and personal life as she takes on a healthy and active lifestyle to keep things balanced. She spreads her love for Cape Cod living and good times year round whether its her family, friends, or clients!
